We have our own house in Delhi. We want to get it constructed through builder collaboration, where he takes one floor and gives cash to us also. My concern is as to how to trust a builder's credibility and what is the procedure of going about it.
Thanks a lot.|||generally the builders of long standing track record are preferable. you personally have discussions with the clients of the short listed builders and choose one from them.
reliability is to be on either side and so you also be honest during the project tenure.|||We are currently building a home and we chose a builder that we personally heard good things about. Now granted, most builders will have someone who doesn't like them, but we wanted to find a builder that has more clients happy than not. So far so good (knock on wood). You need to ask people around you like friends, family, co-workers, etc. Find out what people are saying about them. My husband's co-worker raved about our builder, and he has had the builder build at least 3 homes for him (the guy can't just stay in one home too long so he keeps building and selling).
Just keep in mind that it is almost impossible to build a home without some sort of problem along the line. Pick a reputable builder that will stand by his work and fix anything that goes wrong with the home for at least a year after completion. We had shingles blown from our roof when we had a windy, rainy day last week. I pesonally don't think the roofers our builder uses are the best, but our builder took care of the problem. We also had water come in through one of the bedrooms because of the missing shingles, and the builder took care of that right away, too.
My brother had a doozy of a builder. He ended up with a builder that builds a ton of homes a year, and it shows in his work that he's in a hurry to get it done to move on to the next one! They've had some problems, as did others I know that used that same builder. Their homes look beautiful, but there are mistakes.

Credibility?
Do you think the NHL might be losing some of its its credibilty do to some very "questionable calls" at best
i know most of the older people are so used to this issue. But im thinking of the newer fans that do understand a good call from a bad call. might they see a bias?
Me as of yet have not made a complaint outside of my living room. but more and more i am hearing complaints
Your opinions?|||There seems to have been a lot of horrible calls by the refs this year. Even these playoffs have had a lot more questionable calls then i can remember. Toronto isnt helping either|||I'd have a better time judging a question about the credibility of the officials... if it wasn't coming from a fan of a team down three games to none.
That doesn't mean you don't have a point, but it does suggest that the deficit might not be all that blamable on the officiating.
But then, what do I know? My team barely even showed up in the Playoffs. At least I know they lost on merit, or lack thereof, not due to the officiating.|||If calls where reviewed better the Flyers wouldn't be in the playoffs......Remember the goals that got them into the 2nd and 3rd rounds? If they where "LOOKED AT" better your Flyers would be playing golf with my Devils...|||I think they've been losing credibility for a while now. Remember when they disallowed the goal that Gelinas scored for the Flames in the 2004 finals against the Lightning?|||anyone who thinks there is a bias is forgetting about all the times a call went their teams way
i'm a big soccer fan and the bad calls are even more frequent, the offside rule for instance is so complicated that i'm sure some of the officials get confused
just to repeat what i said last night, the players make many more mistakes during a game so try blaming them for your teams losing rather than the officials|||Bad calls tend to piss me off. The game would be so much better if the right calls were made.

Why does the media give the political opinions of Hollywood actors, credibility?
Hollywood egotists live lives of selfishness, elitism, arrogance, nihilism, multiple marriages, substance abuse, horrific parenting and hedonism.
Why in the world does anyone care about the political opinions of "limousine liberals" like Sean Penn, Timothy Sarandon and George Clooney? However, if you oppose communism in Hollywood, you will be black-balled the same way that liberals complained about Joseph McCarthy's tactics.
Hollywood celebrities are not worthy of praise, idolism or respect but the liberal media panders to them as if their opinions are important.
Why would anyone care about Sean Penn's political opinions?|||They are on the SAME TEAM.
