Why Israel didn't allow the press to enter Gaza in order to expose the credibility of Israeli about Hamas?

The Israeli's said that Hamas are the perpetrators.. So why Israel didn't allow the press to enter Gaza in order to expose the credibility of Israeli claims about Hamas? or were they afraid that they will discover that the the facts were opposed to what they claim?|||The Israeli's didn't want anyone to see anything they didn't want people to see, unless it came from the Israeli army, that's why the only thing we seen where the pictures from Israeli planes blowing up buildings and claiming mortar teams where firing from them. The Media didn't try to enter Gaza from Egypt or anywhere else because the Israeli's didn't allow them too, although Al Jazeera did get a camera crew in to show the total carnage a well equiped army can inflict on a civilian population, and don't worry, Fox news got plenty of pictures of israeli civilians running to shelters and the 3 Israeli's killed compared to over 1300 Palestinians.|||It was obvious that the media wanted to cover the disasters in the Gaza strip and the women and children that were killed and injured. Take note that the media never covered any of the property damage or killed or injured Israeli people that had over 2,000 rockets fired on them. Please notice that the Hamas did not stop firring rockets while their people were being attacked. Apparently they cared little for their own civilians as long as it made good fodder for the media. Do not misunderstand me I am no great fan of the Jews, but I know unfair coverage when I see it.|||Every nation/ intelligent person in this world knows that Hamas is a terrorist organization. The primarily extreme left media...that is suppose to report unbiased news, made no attempt to enter Gaza from Egypt. Hamas has admitted to reckless launching of rockets and supporting suicide bombers.

So what are you actually asking here? It sounds more like a unsubstantiated rant from a far left liberal.|||Journalists are never allowed to wander about freely in a combat zone.

This is mainly because there is potential for sensitive information to be aired live.

As in "see the sniper sneak up on the enemy headquarters" live from Gaza. Brought to you by CNN. See the enemy evacuate the HQ due to the report on the news. Ooh that must hurt. Sorry about the blood.

{commercial break: buy danish cheese}

Talking Head: It costs a lot to train a sniper. It really hurts the friendlies when they lose one like that.|||i think they were fearing for the safety of the journalists :( yeah right...i think it was a blotch they were hoping to cover, and honestly they did a good job of it, had the iranian government not allowed journalists inside whereever they whole world would have exploded and demanded that democracy was allowed in the country

also dont forget to mention that UN officials were not allowed in, who have no reason to lie|||the press would of got hurt and complained ,the press are in gaza now so why are you still complaining

palestine are still firing rockets at israel

g-d bless Israel|||It is unwise to allow civilians into a combat zone.

Just because Hamas does it doesn't make it right.|||Things will change as Obama stop handing out blank check to Israel.|||Because the press doesn't report the truth...they report what sells. What would sell is if they showed "evidence" if Israeli atrocities against Palestinian people, whether it truely existed or not.

Israel knows this and doesn't want the press to play any kind of role in this fight. They see what it's doing to US public opinion in Iraq right now.
