Is credibility lost by the bidder who presents an unusually low bid for a project?

I am bidding on writing projects and my bids are about average. Most of the employers are awarding VERY LOW bids.





BQ: Do you really get what you pay for?|||If you are bidding on a job most people select the mid range. Way low may make the individual wonder if you are desperate.
