What do you think of moral credibility arguments?

While not always true of them, I believe they're generally red herrings. There are, of course, ways in which they're very relevant, but I don't see them as automatically precluding a person or entity involvement, to whatever degree, in whatever cases where credibility is of importance. Agree or disagree?|||Are you talking about people who argue that they're not in the wrong when conflict arises? A truly secure person might see no need to draw that picture but not all insecure or sensitive persons try to verbally demonstrate their innocence because they are hiding something. You have to know the overall character of the person from past observations.|||Agree to a point, but isn't that in the eye of the beholder. Some say its green because God said so and other look at as emerald because that is what they see. .
