How can I establish some credibility for my informative speech on music?

I have a informative speech due on music and I'm trying to establish some qualifications/ credibility...I'm talking on how music has helped so many people out in life with so many situations.|||What kind of credibility do you mean? Like... Your credibility to talk about music? You can talk about how much music you listen to and how you have observed how it affects you. If you mean credibility like on how music helps people, then do some research about it! Ask other people how if affects and helps then. Observe how it helps and affects you.
